New Direction Peer support LLC

I help individuals — and the loved ones who support them — find clarity, stability, and direction through lived‑experience peer support. 16 years sober. 14 years professional experience. Grounded, real, judgment‑free support.

I support individuals who want real, grounded guidance — not judgment, pressure, or clinical language. I work with people who are:

  • In early recovery and needing stability, structure, and someone who truly understands the process

  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed and wanting clarity about their next steps

  • Trying to rebuild their life after addiction, trauma, or major life changes

  • Looking for accountability from someone who’s walked the path

  • Seeking emotional support from a calm, steady presence who listens without judgment

ABOUT

Real support from someone who’s lived it.

At 16, I could never have imagined the path I was stepping onto when I first began using substances. What followed was years of pain, chaos, and heartache — not only for me, but for the people who loved me. My mum, especially, had to watch her son slowly disappear, not just physically but mentally.

But she also lived long enough to see me rise again — to watch me climb out of the depths of addiction and become the man she always believed I could be. That strength I found through recovery is the same strength I now use to help others who feel trapped in the same darkness I once lived in.

My love for mountains and the outdoors became a lifeline in my healing. They taught me resilience, perspective, and the power of taking one step at a time. Today, I use that same mindset to motivate and support others as they climb their own mountains. I don’t walk ahead or behind — I walk alongside anyone who chooses this journey.

Over the years, I’ve built skills, tools, and resources that supported my recovery, and I share that knowledge with individuals in active addiction and with the loved ones who are trying to support them. No two pathways are the same, and my role is to help people discover the path that works for them.
